What is the BlackArtsMall.com Affiliate Program?
The BlackArtsMall Affiliate Program is an easy-to-join system that enables Webmasters to earn monthly paychecks by promoting the following:
Fine Art Prints in the BlackArtsMall web site
Original Artworks in from Artists who have opted in to the Affiliate Program

How much will I earn?
BlackArtsMall Affiliates can earn up to 20% commission on each sale of a Qualifying Fine Art Prints in accordance with the following Commission Schedule:

Shop Referral Commissions
BlackArtsMall.com will pay you a commission on sales made by each new member you recruit to become a BlackArtsMall.com Storekeeper.
To qualify, the member you recruit must enter the BlackArtsMall.com Web Site through your Special Link or
enter your Store ID (if you are a Storekeeper) when they become a new BlackArtsMall.com member.
For each member you recruit, you will earn five percent (5%) of the base price of every sale they make, excluding self-buys.
Artworks Sale Commissions
As an Affiliate you will earn a twenty percent (20%) commission of the retail price minus any discounts
for each sale of a Qualifying Product if the sale originated from a Special Link, in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.
Please note that Affiliates cannot earn Shop Referral Commissions and Product Sale Commissions for the same transaction. Affiliates
will not earn a Shop Referral Commission if they receive a Product Sale Commission for the same transaction.
Definitions
"Qualifying Artworks" shall mean fine art prints, posters or original artworks (subject to the below restrictions) that are found in the
BlackArtsMall.com online ecommerce space, including without limitation Portal Pages, Category Pages, Search Results,
Galleries and Stores that have opted-in to the Affiliate Program, Product Pages, and Create & Buy. Affiliates
will not earn Commissions for (a) Custom Postage, or (b) a third party fulfillment product. If you are a
BlackArtsMall.com Storekeeper, you cannot earn Commissions as an Artist Affiliate by linking to your own Artworks.
BlackArtsMall.com Affiliates can only earn Commissions as an Affiliate by linking to the BlackArtsMAll.com
Marketplace and Qualifying Artworks.

When will I be paid?
BlackArtsMall Affiliates are paid monthly. If your earnings for any month are less than $25, the total amount will be carried to the next month

Can I still join if I live outside the United States?
Yes, we have an audience and deal with artists around the world.
Please understand, though, that we can only deal with U.S currency at this time, so the
commission check will be drawn from a U.S bank.
The conversion of funds will be up to you.

is not listed in the drop down menu. What do I do?
If the country where you currently reside
is not listed in our drop down menu, please contact us at affiliates@BlackArtsMall .com and we will work to accommodate your
participation in the Affiliate Program. Be sure to provide your web site address or web space location, area of interest that
you want to promote, etc.

Can a non-profit or club join the Affiliate Program?
Yes. We encourage you to join the Affiliate Program. In fact, you can even link to specific category pages that target your association's area of interest.
