We guarantee the condition of every printed artwork as it is displayed and described on our web site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly to resolve your purchase.

You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of BlackArtsMall. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to BlackArtsMall within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in.

In any case where a refund is necessary, it is BlackArtsMAll responsibility to process that refund on your behalf through. You may review the status of your order/refund anytime by going to Your Account > Your Orders > Track Your Purchases.

If your credit card was used, the funds will be deposited back in your credit card account by BlackArtsMall once our shipping and receiving group confirms they have received the returned artworks. BlackArtsMall will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
